Fee Payment Policy

  • Fees are due on a fixed date each month (e.g., 1st, 5th, 15th, etc.), and we’ll send friendly reminders to parents before the due date.
  • If fees are delayed for more than two months, we may need to pause classes temporarily until the payment is cleared.

Missed Class and Makeup Class Policy

  • Once a class schedule is confirmed, it is shared with parents, the trainer, and the operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • If your child is unable to attend a class, we kindly request you to let us know at least 3 hours before the scheduled time so we can reschedule the class for a more convenient time.

Class Day and Time Changes

  • If you’d like to adjust your child’s class day or time permanently, we will do our best to accommodate the request based on the trainer’s availability.
  • For group classes, any schedule changes will require agreement from all parents, students, and the trainer to ensure a smooth transition.

Performance Monitoring

  • We monitor student progress through attendance, quizzes, and homework to ensure they’re on the right track.
  • A detailed monthly progress report will be shared with parents to keep you informed about your child’s learning journey.
